Local Jewelry Repair
We are located in Eastern North Carolina and are offering jewelry repair in our local area. We do not currently have a physical storefront, so any of our local jewelry repair would be handled by pickup and delivery.
If you are local to us, please use our Contact Us form to send us a message, and we will contact you to discuss what repairs you are looking for and coordinate a place for us to pick up your jewelry.
Once you jewelry has been repaired, it will be delivered back to you.
Currently, we would consider anything from Hampstead to Emerald Isle our local area available for delivery. If you are outside this area, let us know. We may still be able to work out a pickup/delivery to help get your jewelry repaired.
Please note: When picking up or delivering repairs, we will not be carrying any additional pieces of jewelry, materials, gemstones, metals, or valuable tools with us.
Jewelry Repair by Mail
If you are looking to have your jewelry repaired but you are not local to us, we can still help you. We do offer jewelry services by mail.
If you would like to take advantage of these services, please use our Contact Us form to send us a message. We will contact you to have a conversation about what repair services you would like.
Once we have established what you would like repaired, we would have you mail your jewelry to us for repair. For our current clients, we have worked out a system in which they cover the shipping to mail their jewelry to us and we cover the shipping to mail it back to them. If this doesn’t work for you, let us know. We are flexible and are more concerned with meeting your needs and your satisfaction.
