  • Since all of our pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. However, we want you to be happy with the pieces that you buy from our shop. If for any reason, you are unhappy with any pieces you purchase, please reach out to us and we will do our best to work out a resolution.

  • Your best option will always be to see a jeweler to get your finger sized.

    Another option is to purchase a set of ring sizers. They are inexpensive and available on many sites.

    There are also many videos on YouTube that will show you how to figure out your ring size at home. If you have additional questions, please use our Contact Us form to reach out and we will help you however we can.

  • After getting in contact with a commercial realtor, we found the area we are in is growing so fast, there aren’t enough retail spaces to go around. We have decided to open up our store online while we are waiting for retail spaces to open up. Hopefully, in the future, we we be able to offer a brick-and-mortar retail space.

  • Sales tax will not be collected on orders delivered outside of North Carolina. However, your state may require you to pay use tax on purchases made that do not collect sales tax.
